The vineyard is located in the village of Sfendamis of Pieria at an altitude of 155 meters. It is privately owned and planted with the varieties Agiorgitiko, Merlot, Syrah.
The planting density is 330 plants per acre. The climatic conditions of the area are excellent for vineyard cultivation. Under normal conditions of pressure and temperature the humidity is zero.
The Schindamos wine is produced from the grape varieties of Agiorgitiko, Merlot and Syrah. The low yield per hectare (about 800 kilograms per acre) creates a wine of unique quality that satisfies all senses.
The vineyard was planted in 2009. The first production was in 2012. From the production of 2013 and then there is a systematic vinification which is aged for twelve months in oak barrels and then bottled. The wine produced has a purple color, a scent of red fruits of the forest and spices, a velvety with a rich body and an excellent aftertaste.
It blends harmoniously with meat, dishes with red sauces, spicy cheeses, cold cuts and other appetizers. Appropriate wine temperature 16-180C.
